What Kneed is

Kneed is an educational, self-management rehabilitation program designed to help people understand and manage persistent pain after knee replacement.

What Kneed is not

Kneed does not provide medical diagnosis, individual treatment plans or replace care from your GP, surgeon or other healthcare professionals.

If you’re unsure whether Kneed is right for you, the Free Kneed program provides a short, obligation-free introduction.

Kneed was developed by a specialist rehabilitation medicine physician and is based on contemporary pain science research.
