The Kneed trial is suitable if you:

• Had a knee replacement more than three months ago
• Still have pain that has not settled as expected
• Want guidance on movement, pain, sleep and flare-ups

The Kneed short access lets you decide if you need more time to complete the program.

What happens after a week?

Access ends automatically after one week.

You can purchase another week but there is no automatic subscription.
If you decide to continue with the Extended Kneed program, the short access price will be credited toward the extended program price.

This step is not intended to complete the program or achieve results in a week.

You can use it to explore the structure and feel of Kneed before deciding how long to continue.

Kneed is an educational, self-management rehabilitation program designed to help people understand and manage persistent pain after knee replacement.

What Kneed is not

Kneed does not provide medical diagnosis, individual treatment plans or replace care from your GP, surgeon or other healthcare professionals.

Kneed was developed by a specialist rehabilitation medicine physician and is based on contemporary pain science research.
