Getting started with exercise

Exercise has multiple benefits for our mind and body but when we have pain and danger we protect ourselves and this may lead to stopping or reducing exercise.

 

Exercise keeps our minds and bodies healthy, without it, a cascade of declining health and worsening pain can develop.

 

The hardest part about an exercise program is getting started, especially when you have pain, but this program is going to teach you how to exercise with pain, to reduce pain.
