How people usually use Kneed
Most people move through Kneed gradually over several weeks.
Some begin by focusing on understanding pain, while others start with exercise, movement, flare-up strategies or sleep management.
There is no required order and no expectation to complete everything.
People use the parts of the program that are most relevant to them at the time.
What to expect over time
Changes in pain, confidence and function usually occur gradually as understanding improves and strategies are applied consistently over time.
Kneed is not designed as a quick fix, but as a way to support steady progress when recovery has not gone to plan.
You can pause, return to or stop the program at any time.
What Kneed is
Kneed is an educational, self-management rehabilitation program designed to help people understand and manage persistent pain after knee replacement.
What Kneed is not
Kneed does not provide medical diagnosis, individual treatment plans or replace care from your GP, surgeon or other healthcare professionals.
