About ReSpine
ReSpine is based on the research of Kneed.
The program combines pain neuroscience education, exercise and multiple strategies to teach you how to get the most out of your spine.
ReSpine is an online rehab program for your spine, accessed using a computer, tablet or phone, in your own home, whenever you desire.

How does ReSpine work?

After completing a simple initial module that helps get you started, you choose which modules you want to do and when.

Videos help you understand pain and guide exercise and relaxation.

ReSpine was developed by Dr Nathan Johns
The ReSpine program was developed by Dr Nathan Johns following completion of his PhD. It is based on evidence-based research for spinal canal stenosis and adapted from our own Kneed research program.
Dr Johns is a registered specialist medical practitioner in Australia in Rehabilitation Medicine and he is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, which is a part of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
